Pannonica Believes Music is For Everyone. They're Proving It.

"You guys radiate a lot of joy and happiness and positivity," Zam notes as we interview Yakima-based Pannonica. Norah (15), Rhythm (14), and Savanna (14) aren't just bandmates, they're best friends. "We all have sleepovers. We had a sleepover last night," Rhythm tells us. They try not to let their youth get in the way of opportunities, but they admit that it can be a barrier. "We can't play at a lot of the venues here." The trio spoke with us about forming a band due to FOMO, the history and meaning behind their name, and the way their high school peers view them. This is our interview with Pannonica at the Chainsaw Cat in Yakima, WA.
